      • Coffee can be stored a long time in the green bean form without deteriorating.
      • Use within 2 weeks after roasting.
      • Whole bean coffee will keep 3 months in the freezer.
      • Always keep roasted coffee in an airtight container.
      • For best results, store on the counter, refrigeration can add flavors and moisture, freezing can cause freezer burn.
