Flavored Coffee Information
Flavored Coffee is a tradition as old as the coffee bean itself. From the beginning, people have taken culinary joy in experimenting with flavorings for coffee. A bit of chocolate here, a sprinkle of cinnamon there, sugar, the juice of a cherry -- and coffee becomes an entirely new experience.
What we have done is looked at our coffees and found flavorings that enhance and add something extra to the natural coffee flavor. We do not over power the flavor of the coffee with our flavoring like so many others do. We are proud of our coffee that we do not want to cover it with anything to heavy, but we do like accenting the flavor.

Our 100% Arabica beans are carefully selected and purchased direct from the plantation. We then consistently slow roast the beans, gently smoking them at the end of the roast to bring out the finest nuances of flavor.
All coffees are air cooled and hand packed immediately after roasting to guarantee freshness.
