Different Roasts Information

Here we have general information about the different roasts of coffee. -Cinnamon roasts
-Vienna or full city roast
-French roast
-Italian espresso roast
-there is less caffeine in dark roasts (slightly) because the caffeine comes out in the oils.
-the caffeine content varies only a small amount in different coffees
-tea has 1/3 the caffeine as a cup of coffee

-Espresso
-Developed for fast production
-steam is driven thru compacted coffee under high pressure
-a syrupy, strong coffee results, twice the coffee and half the liquid
