We stand behind our coffees, 100%. If your not satisfied with your coffee and it doesn’t meet your expectations it doesn’t meet ours. Simply return the coffee to us and we will issue you a complete refund. We do ask that you notify us via email first so we know to look for it and also to be able to issue the refund.
It is extremely rare that we have to issue a refund due to quality (maybe once in the last 3 years). Our standards are so high that there is very little chance that your coffee won’t be the best coffee you have ever tried.
