These policies are the policies we use and stand by in your order placement. The policies stated as part of your agreement when you purchase coffee from us.

You deserve only the finest, and most select 100% Arabica Bean coffee’s. For you our Roaster spends alot of his time actually visiting the suppliers and checking each batch of coffee. To assure we continue to get only the best for you we also only order as much as is needed for a short time, this allows us to check EACH individual shipment of coffee to assure that it is the BEST that we can offer you. We want you to simply have the FINEST coffee your money can buy, and if it costs us extra to do that, well then that is the way it has to be. The coffees we offer you will only be allowed to be roasted and shipped to you if we are 100% certain it is the best available. This means at times we are unable to offer some coffee’s due to it’s quality not standing up to our strict standards of quality. We do this for YOU our customers.


We will never give our your email address or any other information with an order from a Court (even that we would fight against). That is how we feel about your privacy. NOTHING short of jail time would force us to reveal who any of our customers are. We would even fight such a court order before revealing any information about anyone who visits our site, purchases our product, or receives our Newsletter. Your Privacy is a HUGE concern of ours and we treat your information as if it were gold. Locked up tight behind huge firewalls, encrypted, & sealed up like your grandmothers jar of jelly (so tight not even AIR can get at it).


US ORDERS – All orders are shipped UPS Standard. All Retail orders over $75 are shipped free. Shipping and Handling are added at the end of your ordering process. Currently Shipping and Handling is $6.50. Orders are shipped on a first in first out basis. We roast no coffee before an order is placed to ensure you have the FRESHEST Coffee Money Can buy. Most orders are shipped the next business day. Most orders should arrive anywhere in our shipping area within 5-7 working days. If your order doesn’t arrive within that time please contact us right away. All orders are tracked and or delivery confirmed. Foreign Orders – We Do Not Ship Outside the USA.


We are so sure you will love our coffees we also give a money back guarantee. That’s right if after the first pot your not satisfied, send it back and we will refund the purchase price of the coffee. No questions asked, you didn’t like it, we will take it back or trade it for another if you want. We take security very seriously. To receive your information and order securely, we utilize PayPal, Amason and the latest SSL for their customers. Rest assured that we are taking every step we can to ensure your information is as safe as it can be.

PayPal or Amazon is available for payment

We use PayPal and Amazon for you to make payment, just click on the item you want and it is added to our shopping cart. When finished you can then make a payment to our PayPal or Amazon Account (no you don’t have to join you can use your Credit Card with them and not join them) when your order is placed we are notified via email that your order has been placed. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.


We accept payments through PayPal and Amazon. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Amazon, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
